Teach English in the Middle East Summer 2018: Have you ever considered teaching English abroad? If you have thought about teaching English overseas and if you are specifically drawn to the Middle East, then we wish to enlighten you about the volunteer teaching programs offered at the Excellence Center in Palestine.
One way to make a meaningful contribution during your summer vacation is volunteering abroad. At the Excellence Center, which is located in Palestine, internationals can participate in many volunteer programs that work with the local population in Hebron, Palestine. One of those volunteer programs is the volunteer to teach English program. The summer months are a wonderful time to come to the Excellence Center because school and university students are out of school on summer break. This means that there are many courses, workshops, and activities offered by the Excellence Center. International volunteers will have ongoing opportunities to enhance their teaching skills in the classroom and outside the classroom.
If you have no experience teaching English, or teaching in any regard, do not worry. The Excellence Center provides volunteer teachers with the necessary resources and guidance to conduct successful classes. Our local Palestinian teachers will also be happy to share advice about lesson planning if you have questions at any point during your time in Palestine. We welcome both the experienced and beginner English teachers to participate in our summer programs. Visiting the Excellence Center can be a great way for you to develop or further improve your skillset.
While there are any many places in the Middle East where you could choose to teach English, there are some things about Palestine that make it one of the best places to teach. The land of Palestine holds a lot of historical and religious significance. The holy sites scattered within and around the West Bank make Palestine a highly attractive place for foreigners to travel. Rather than coming on a typical tourist trip to Palestine, why not make a meaningful contribution with your time by teaching English during your visit?
The Teach English in the Middle East Summer 2018 at the Excellence Center provides volunteers with plenty of opportunities to travel around the West Bank and visit the places, sites, and cities they desire to see. In addition, Hebron has hospitality like no other place in the world. Those who hope to immerse themselves in the Arabic language will have no problem making friends to speak with while living in Hebron.
