At the Excellence Center in Palestine, we understand that plans change. Our volunteer, internship, or language programs are incredibly flexible in case participants need to alter their travel plans or simply have a change of heart.
Programs begin at the center year-round, with flexible start and end dates so that you decide your schedule in Palestine. Participants are always welcome at the center, and we work to make your time here a fun, unique, and educational experience!
Date Changes
Whether due to travel plans, a change of heart, illness or family, the Excellence Center in Palestine can support you during your time here even if that means changing your program dates.
Shifting the start date of your program is free of charge if done at least two weeks before your original start date. The center operates year-round allowing you to begin your time in Palestine when it best suits you!
Program Fees
Worried about program fees in case of a change of plans? The Excellence center in Palestine offers protection for program fees already paid to be put towards another trip!
Program and Registration Fee Protection
If participants cancels their program at least 2 weeks prior to their start date, any payments made will be considered credit towards other programs at the center. This credit can be used for future stays with the Center in Hebron, Palestine or for programs at our sister location in Germany.
Final remarks
Every volunteer, student or intern at the Excellence Center becomes part of our family and gets our full support with flexible booking and protection for program fees.
