How to Pay? Once you receive an invoice from the Excellence Center in Palestine, you have one to three weeks to finalize the payment of your program. If the payment is large, options are available to pay in installments. All payments should be made at least two weeks before the starting dates of your selected program.

If you are already in Palestine or Israel and registered at the last minute, we can arrange payments to be made in cash.
Participants have three main options to send the payment to the Excellence Center in Palestine
- Online transfer to our bank account in Palestine
- via Western Union
- via MoneyGram.
* Please note that the applicant is responsible for covering the transfer fees!
1. Online Bank Transfer to Palestine
In this option you could send the fee via a bank to Palestine. It is also recommended to use Transferwise (https://wise.com), which is a website from which to send money electronically. It accepts Visa cards, credit cards, and local online transfers.
The bank information details will be listed in the invoice you will receive. It also offers instructions.
2. Western Union (WU)
You could send the money online or by visiting a WU agent in your country or transferring it online. You only need the name of the receiver and its country. We only accept US dollars for this option.
After you fill in the transfer form, WU will give you a transfer number to enable us to receive the payment. You may click here for more information: http://www.westernunion.com.
3. MoneyGram
How to send money in person at a MoneyGram agent location: With thousands of agent locations worldwide, sending money from a location near you is easy.
Find an Agent Location
Find a MoneyGram agent location near you. Prepare for your agent visit; please bring the following information:
- Your I.D.
- Your recipient’s full name matching their I.D. and their location
- The amount you wish to send, plus fees
Complete Your Transaction
Where applicable, complete a send form. Give the agent the completed form with applicable funds (including transaction fees).
Notify Your Recipient
Save your receipt and share the 8-digit reference number with your recipient for pick-up. Funds sent to a bank account will be sent directly into the account.
Final Remarks
